Cooked in small batches from Ontario fruit picked at its best. Start with the Haskap, or the Wild Blueberry Jalapeño if you like a little heat.

Freeze-dried vs dehydrated
Freeze-drying freezes the fruit, then pulls the ice out under a vacuum. Nothing gets cooked, so the fruit keeps its shape, colour and flavour.
